Photography is my way of connecting to the infinite and timeless world of the divine. I ‘take’ photos understanding I’ll never fully capture the the scale, beauty, and wonder that I feel when fully immersed in nature. My effort to distill the complexity and fragility of our world into a photograph is both a self defeating, yet infinitely satisfying acknowledgement that our world exists thanks to forces well beyond my comprehension - or shutter.
